2025 ABA Redemption Card FAQ's

Redemption Rules, Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption Cut-Off Date
All redemption claims must be received by December 31, 2026. Any claims submitted after this date will be considered void and will not be honored, regardless of postmark or date sent.

2. Processing & Fulfillment Time
Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date your redemption is verified and approved for processing and shipment. Processing times may vary due to availability, manufacturing schedules, or other factors outside our control.

3. Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided via email once your redemption item has shipped. Lana Sports is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once tracking indicates successful delivery.

4. Item Availability & Substitution
In the event the original redemption item becomes unavailable due to manufacturing delays, damage, or other unforeseen circumstances, Lana Sports reserves the right to substitute the item with one of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. No cash substitutions will be provided.

5. Eligibility
Redemption offers are open only to individuals who are the original holders of the valid redemption card. Redemption cards may not be reproduced, altered, or tampered with in any way. Proof of purchase or additional verification may be required.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Redemptions are available to U.S. addresses only unless otherwise stated. Additional shipping fees and customs requirements may apply for international orders, and delivery times may vary based on destination.

7. Limitation of Liability
By submitting a redemption claim, you agree that Lana Sports, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any delays, damages, or losses arising from the redemption process, including but not limited to postal or shipping delays, manufacturing delays, or acts of nature.

8. Non-Transferability
Redemption cards are void if sold, traded, or otherwise transferred prior to fulfillment. Lana Sports reserves the right to reject any redemption claim that does not comply with these terms.

9. Final Decision
All redemption claims are subject to verification. Lana Sports reserves the right to determine eligibility, deny claims that fail to meet these requirements, and interpret these rules at its sole discretion. All decisions are final.

No Purchase Necessary (NPN) for a Chance to Win a Redemption Item

How to Enter Without Purchase:
To enter without purchasing an ABA Redemption Pack, clearly print your full name, complete mailing address (including ZIP/postal code), email address, and phone number on a 3” x 5” card. Mail the card in a hand-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to:

Limit one entry per household. Entries must be postmarked by December 15, 2025 and received by December 31, 2025 to be eligible. Mechanically reproduced entries, bulk mailings, or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

NPN Drawing & Odds:
Eligible NPN entries will be randomly drawn to win a redemption item of comparable value to those found in ABA Redemption Packs. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and are equal to the odds of obtaining a redemption item through purchase.

Additional NPN Rules:

• Open to U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older.

• Void where prohibited.

• Winners will be notified by email or mail. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
